About us - Founders

I am Claudia, a bilingual teacher and caregiver with over 15 years of experience working with children. I hold two first aid certificates and have extensive experience in volunteering and babysitting in the United States, El Salvador, and Europe. I have worked with many families internationally and I am dedicated on providing exceptional care and education, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child under my supervision.

I am Montserrat, originally from Mexico and moved to Barcelona in 2015 for studies. I graduated with a Bachelor in psychology, later on I got my Master’s degree in Neuropsychology, and specialized in child development. I have more than 10 years of experience working with children. I am super passionate about the opportunity to make sure our children are more resilent and happy.

“Tiny Heroes” was born from our desire to make a real impact on families and kids, especially those with special needs. We saw how difficult it was for families to find caregivers who truly understood and could meet their children's unique requirements. Motivated by this need, we set out to create an agency that recruits and trains nannies with the skills and compassion necessary to provide specialized care. Our goal is to offer a supportive environment where children can thrive and families can feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands.
